Sorry if it's a bit long but I just wanted to thank you for all your help motivating me to exercise and more so enjoy it.
If someone would have told me last year that I would be exercising once a week with a personal trainer I would have laughed at them. I had a dislike for gyms and needed the one to one aspect of training.
I have never exercised or enjoyed the thought of it but with a stressful job and no motivation I realised my health both physical and mental was at risk.
I also realised that at 51 years old time was not on my side and I had gradually increased in weight over about 10 years.
It is due to your help that I was motivated to look at the different types of exercise and lifestyle changes and this also meant helping me to stop making excuses and change my mind set from 'I can't do it' to 'I will at least try'.
I feel like in only 3 months I have come a long way and although I am not quite there I would be nowhere near this without your encouragement and willingness to help me push myself (even changing my fear and perception of going to a gym).
I am so grateful for the chance meeting that day and I am a believer in everything happens for a reason.Â
I would recommend your services to anyone who feels they need that push to step outside their comfort zone (I would have been quite comfy sat on the sofa with a curry and a beer). However I know I can still do that in moderation as long as I exercise too.

I first met Nick when he carried out my induction at one of the gyms.
My initial impression was very very good. I felt abit nervous going to a gym and he instantly put me at ease. Subsequently I decided to have some PT sessions with him. I can categorically say Nick is the most dedicated and caring PT I have ever met. His gentle but firm mannerism was what I was most impressed by. His absolute and individualised care for each of his clients is immense. I have some medical issues which have affected my weight loss and Nick took it upon himself to educate himself about this condition and what can help clients with this condition to lose weight and become fitter. Not only has Nick been my PT but he has become a good friend. He has always been encouraging and has been available for advice at anytime. He is very disciplined and I was witness to that. He shared his own meal plans and exercise regime too. I know Nick will go very far with his Personal Training because he is extremely passionate. I wish him the very best.
